Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you might be dissatisfied with the product purchased, you can send it back to us to inspect.

We will notify you by email using our discretion if the purchase will be replaced, exchanged, refunded or in some cases rejected.


Any complaints about the way your order was delivered should be made within 48 hours to us by emailing us at and The Courier Guy – for them to maybe consider limited liability if there was an incident with the parcel on their behalf. If the purchase is refunded, you will receive the payment directly on the card you originally used to make the payment. If by any means you struggle to receive the funds you can send us an email at It may take a minimum of 48 hours to reflect in your account.


You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item/s. These costs will not be refunded.
