For you to buy online we will need certain information to make this possible. You will be responsible for your own personal information like your email address. No liability will be accepted in case you suffer any damages or loss due to using the website or if personal information was used unauthorised on your side of the website.

We may at any time update and review our terms and conditions of the website. It will be your own responsibility to make sure that you are aware of our conditions and are up to date with the newest changes that might have been applied. If you are using the site, you will be accepting all of our Terms and Conditions updated or not.

Packaging may vary from that shown on our website. The product display shown on our website might differ slightly from time to time or from the one’s you will receive.


Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability


Using Dee’s Delights website you will be under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, thus it will be done at your own risk. We shall not be responsible if you experience loss, damage or any liability that might arise out of the use of the website. We can not guarantee that no errors will occur during the use of our website or that servers might not experience difficulties during the running of the website. As permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, in connection with the use of the website and/or the purchase of any goods through the website, as the user you give consent to do so and accept liability on your own behalf for all aspects like loss or damage that you might experience.




Delivery will be done by The Courier Guy. Delivery will usually take 3-5 workdays. Depending on the day you have purchased your order. The time your order is placed will also affect when you will receive your order. Orders placed after 17:00 will only be processed the next day. No deliveries will be made during weekends or public holidays. Online orders will be packed and delivered to the courier company after payments have been received.

We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the courier company who delivers the products. All products are packed with care in order to experience minimal damage. We will also not be held liable for any losses if you were not there to collect your own parcel. All orders under R800 will be charged at a flat rate of R100 per order. If your order is equal to, or above R800, delivery is free of charge. Some addresses might be excluded from the R100 fixed rate, and deliveries to certain businesses, farms, and remote areas will not be able to receive deliveries. In this case, you should choose a different address or select your nearest Courier Guy branch. Please make sure you have your one-time pin with you for the delivery of your parcel.

Please allow us 1-2 days for processing your order for shipping. We always do everything to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. If there are any special delivery instructions, make sure to give them as clear as possible. It will stay the customer’s responsibility to make sure the parcel is received or collected. If not collected within a reasonable time The Courier Guy will have the right to dispose of or sell the parcel to make up for expenses or charges.

Food Allergies


At Dee’s Delights, we always ensure that no contamination of ingredients takes place in our bakery. We are aware of people who might have food allergies. There might always be the possibility of having some trace of other ingredients on/in our products. We especially use lots of pecan nuts, gluten, eggs, coconut and dairy in our bakery. If by any means someone is allergic to an ingredient, they must be aware of the risk. We cannot be held liable for any customer who experiences any reactions due to ingredients that are consumed.




Any means of bank card payments acceptable in South Africa will be sufficient to pay your order at check out. During the payment, you are ensuring us that there are sufficient funds available to complete the payment. You as payer also give consent that you are authorised to use the card to pay for your order. By using the payment service offered on the website you agree to give accurate information regarding your personal information as well as all banking/card information needed.




The prices of all products will be listed with each product on the website, the prices shown will be inclusive of all costs. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. Products on promotion may be available in limited quantities, and thus only available for a certain time.

We at Dee’s Delights cannot ensure that prices will remain the same. It is solemnly your own responsibility to make sure of the prices on the website, due that it can change from time to time without notice.

Please keep in mind that you might have to pay a courier fee as well. Courier fees are explained in more detail under delivery.


Product Sales and Availability


Dee’s Delights products will only be available in South Africa and all products are subject to availability. We will inform you if certain products are not available.
